Dundee term for (chiefly male) adidas tracksuit wearing urban lowlifes. Usually found at the back of a double decker bus spitting and smoking, or skipping school or kicking a ball against an abandoned shop (also spitting)

Derogatory term to describe a person who is poorly educated and engages in hooliganism, petty criminality or loutish behaviour. It can also be used in the Fife/Tayside area as another word for a ned/chav/mink
